{"id":89,"date":"2012-06-07T10:11:06","date_gmt":"2012-06-07T10:11:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hotelmanager.net\/it\/?p=89"},"modified":"2021-01-31T17:11:49","modified_gmt":"2021-01-31T17:11:49","slug":"social-media-gli-hotel-affinino-le-armi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hotelmanager.net\/it\/social-media-gli-hotel-affinino-le-armi\/","title":{"rendered":"Social Media: gli Hotel Affinino le Armi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hotelmanager.net\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/social-media-marketing.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-90\" title=\"social-media-marketing\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hotelmanager.net\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/social-media-marketing.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"358\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hotelmanager.net\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/social-media-marketing.jpg 358w, https:\/\/www.hotelmanager.net\/it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/social-media-marketing-300x167.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 358px) 100vw, 358px\" \/><\/a>Quello dei Social Network \u00e8 un fenomeno in costante crescita e che, per il momento non prevede battute d&#8217;arresto, le ultime stime ci dicono che un Italiano trascorre all&#8217;incirca 6 ore al mese sui vari Social presenti in rete.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le prime avvisaglie <strong>dell&#8217;enorme importanza che questo fenomeno<\/strong> andava via via sempre pi\u00f9 assumendo erano gi\u00e0 trapelate dopo il &#8220;<em>Word Travel Market di Londra<\/em>&#8221; del 2011, dove emerse addirittura come i Social Media rappresentassero il canale <a title=\"Consigli e approfondimenti sul marketing online\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hotelmanager.net\/it\/tag\/marketing-online\/\">marketing online<\/a> pi\u00f9 importante nel turismo d&#8217; oltremanica.<\/p>\n<p>Conti alla mano \u00e8 evidente come questo rappresenti un fenomeno che <strong>non pu\u00f2 essere sottovalutato dagli stessi albergatori<\/strong>, in Italia circa 21 milioni di persone hanno un account &#8220;<em>facebook<\/em>&#8221; divenuto autentica fonte di provenienza dei siti di hotel, si pu\u00f2 quindi affermare senza dubbio che assiste il potenziale viaggiatore in tutte le fasi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>scelta della destinazione;<\/li>\n<li>scelta dell&#8217;hotel;<\/li>\n<li>reperimento delle informazioni necessarie;<\/li>\n<li>per ultimo ma di fondamentale importanza condivisione pregressa delle <strong>esperienze personali<\/strong> (da cui come in una spirale si reinnesca l&#8217;intero meccanismo dal principio).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il compito degli hotel \u00e8, a nostro avviso, quello di innescare delle vere e proprie strategie cosiddette &#8220;<em>Social Oriented<\/em>&#8220;, che contando su un bacino di utenza cos\u00ec ampio possono rappresentare <strong>enormi opportunit\u00e0 di business.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Senza tralasciare un dato di fondamentale importanza quello relativo all&#8217;<strong>abbattimento dei costi nelle P.R.<\/strong> (pubbliche relazioni), che si sono ridotti mediamente del 24% per tutte quelle aziende (del settore travel) che hanno cominciato ad utilizzare i Social.
