{"id":2227,"date":"2020-11-06T22:06:55","date_gmt":"2020-11-06T22:06:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hotelmanager.net\/it\/?p=2227"},"modified":"2026-04-06T01:24:53","modified_gmt":"2026-04-06T01:24:53","slug":"hospitality-marketing-regionale","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hotelmanager.net\/it\/hospitality-marketing-regionale\/","title":{"rendered":"Il settore dell\u2019Hospitality punta sul marketing turistico regionale"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Il 70% dei membri del HSMAI\u2019s Marketing Advisory Board (MAB) affermano che il marketing turistico regionale \u00e8 l&#8217;arma vincente<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MARKETING TURISTICO REGIONALE\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I membri del MAB affermano che il marketing su scala globale sia oggi inesistente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attualmente stanno puntando le loro strategie di vendita sui mezzi tradizionali come i cartelloni pubblicitari e le pubblicit\u00e0 radio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sostengono, inoltre,  che i viaggiatori,preferiscono viaggiare nelle vicinanze e alloggiare in hotel senza corridoi condivisi, per evitare il contatto con altre persone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CAMBIAMENTI DI PRENOTAZIONE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno dei cambiamenti pi\u00f9 importanti riguarda il periodo di prenotazione:  durante la pandemia si \u00e8 ridotto drasticamente, il 63% delle persone prenotano entro massimo due giorni dal soggiorno effettivo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebbene  gli ospiti prenotino all\u2019ultimo, i messaggi pubblicitari rivolto alla clientela durante la fase di programmazione del viaggio sono molto funzionali per mantenere vivo nella mente il desiderio del soggiorno imminente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>I CAMBIAMENTI DEGLI SFORZI DI MARKETING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I <a href=\"https:\/\/americas.hsmai.org\/insight\/top-10-from-our-marketing-advisory-board\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">membri del MAB<\/a> hanno prodotto una serie di idee creative per adattarsi ai diversi tipi di viaggiatori. Per esempio un hotel che sta ricevendo pi\u00f9 coppie che famiglie, ha deciso di fare delle offerte apposite per i soggiorni di coppia.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Altre strutture stanno puntando sulle attivit\u00e0 all\u2019aperto per coloro che vogliono prendere una pausa dalla vita quotidiana e per garantire il distanziamento sociale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Altri puntano ad offrire agli ospiti delle camere in cui poter fare <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hotelmanager.net\/it\/smart-working-in-paradiso\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">smart working<\/a> oppure in cui poter ricevere anche
