The Best Hotels for 2012 According to TripAdvisor.com Users

Founded by Stephen Kaufer in February 2000, TripAdvisor.com now becomes a very popular travel website for people who intend to search any travel information from around the world. Every year since 2002, the website announces the name of 25 hotels that are mostly chosen by its users to be listed in the Travelers’ Choice Awards recipients.

The best hotel in the world according to TripAdvisor users is The Phoenix Resort in San Pedro, Belize. In the meantime, the best hotel in the US is Elysian Hotel Chicago in Chicago, Illinois.

The best luxury hotel in the world in Shangri-La Hotel in Tokyo, while the best luxury hotel in the US is The Grand Del Mar in San Diego, California.

Vietnam has the best bargain hotel in the world as HueNino Hotel in Hue got the most votes. While in the US, SeaCost Inn in Hyannis, Massachusetts, is enthroned with the best bargain hotel title.

The best for service in the world award goes to Arcadia Residence in Prague, Czech Rep, while in the US, SeaCoast Inn once again came on the stage to receive the medal.

As for the B&B category, The Twenty One hotel in Brighton, England, grabbed the title of the best B&B and Inn in the world. The popular A.G. Thomson was the most voted hotel in the B&B and Inn category in the US.

The best all inclusive hotel in the world title goes to Garonga Safari Camp, Phalaborwa, South Africa. Meanwhile, the same category award in the Caribbean belongs to East Winds Inn in Gros Islet, St. Lucia. One hotel in Germany, BollAnt’s im Park in Bad Sobernheim snatched the best relaxation and spa award in the world. While in the US, Bella Monte Hot Springs Resort and Spa in California get the title.

Africa continent sent its delegate, Villa Zest Boutique Hotel in Cape Town to bring home the title of the trendiest hotel in the world. In the meantime the people will now recognize the Smyth Hotel – A Thompson Hotel as the trendiest hotel in the US.
