Red Lobster Restaurants is the largest seafood company in the world. We have over 680 restaurants in the United States and Canada. Our annual sales of over $2.4 billion and average unit sales of $3.6 million lead the full-service seafood segment.

Our management teams are typically made up of a General Manager (GM) and 3 restaurant managers: Culinary Manager, Beverage and Hospitality Manager and the Service Manager.

We are proud of the fact that we promote approximately 99% of our GM's from our internal Management candidates.  For this reason, we are presently looking for experienced restaurant managers and Interns.

Because of the depth of knowledge required to be a successful Red Lobster GM, it typically takes between 2 and 5 years to be promoted to the GM position.

We are looking for Operations Managers whose Red Lobster career will begin with a 12-week MIT training program conducted in one of our restaurants, followed by one week of classroom training in our Restaurant Support Center located in Orlando, Florida.
